Within the App there are preset sound frequencies but you can also set manually any that you’d like to use. You can then take your phone or computer near your orgone generator and add sound frequencies to any of your trends etc. There are also cards there which you can use to set intentions or to energize affirmations. Once you set your intention you click on activate and the app will work you through a quick meditation to solidify your intention. You can print it out and place it with your orgone generator to charge it extra as well. The app will work on its own using frequency and focused meditation but it will also work alongside orgone generators if you have one,
